At James Spring & Wire we perform precision metal stamping operations, such as forming, blanking, and piercing, on materials of up to 0.093″ in thickness, using high-speed four-slide machines and presses. Our metal stamping services are suitable for forming sheet metals made from various materials, including stainless steel, copper, and aluminum. Featuring a maximum tonnage capacity of 22 tons, our machines can perform accurate stamping operations with good repeatability.

An in-house tooling fabrication service supports our stamping capabilities, and we provide secondary services, including heat treatment, surface treatment, and plating, for the finishing of stamped components.
